Your plan is a monthly allowance, not one big file. Build and download as many lists as you like, in any country, whenever you like — each download just comes off what's left. On Pro (75,000 credits), for example:

Questions
What is a credit?
One credit is one business record in a standard country. 10,000 credits gets you 10,000 different businesses, ready to download. Premium markets (USA, Canada, Germany, France, the Nordics, Australia, the UAE and more) use 1.5 credits a record, and the UK uses 2.5. The builder always shows the exact credits before you download.
Do I have to download all my credits in one go?
No. Your plan is a monthly allowance, not one file. Download as many lists as you like, whenever you like — 2,000 dentists in Germany one day, 5,000 builders in Spain the next — and each one comes off what's left. Your login always shows how many credits you have left this month.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — your credits reset every month on the day you joined. Need more before then? Top up at your plan's rate from your login, or upgrade.
Can I change plan?
Any time, from your login. Upgrades start straight away (you pay the difference for the rest of the month); moving down starts at your next renewal.
Can I cancel?
Yes — there's no contract. Cancel from your login and your membership runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
What can I filter on?
Everything on the website: country (up to 30 at once), region or city, business sector and category, company size, and fields every record must have (phone, email, website, decision maker, LinkedIn).
Will I get the same businesses again?
Never. Every download only includes businesses you haven't had from us before — across your membership and any one-off orders.
How can I use the data?
Each download comes with our 12-month licence for your own marketing — calls, email, post and ads — or for your clients' campaigns, following the marketing rules of the countries you contact. You can't resell it as a list. Full details in the membership terms.
